Before CALLING Please Note the FollowingAs I am often in session, preparing to go into session or integrating following a session, it is far more likely that I will reply to text messages and emails rather than phone calls so please use those points of contact where possible.
I don't answer withheld/private or secret calls, if you wish to contact me without disclosing your number initially, please send an email using the form. I also don't answer calls after 8pm unless we have pre-arranged to speak after that time. You are very welcome to leave a message and to give me a few options as to when it might be good for me to return your call. In order to respect your privacy, I won't return calls to numbers I don't recognise unless a message with a request to do so has been left. I may however, send a text to acknowledge your call and to invite you to arrange a mutually convenient time to talk. If you wish to avoid that, please do not call me, but instead use the contact page to write to me. |
Before BOOKING Please Be Sure You Agree to the Following:All sessions offer the potential of deep personal transformation. Work such as this can be challenging as well as richly rewarding - if you are taking a journey of more than one session with me you must be ready to commit and may need to consider other forms of support such as sex-therapy/psychotherapy/counselling to further enhance your experience and ensure your emotional/psychological well-being.
At the start of each session we will go over boundaries, consent and I will ask you to acknowledge that you will say "no thank you", "stop", or in some way indicate to me that you need to pause, and in this way you understand that you are in control of your own experience. Due to the nature of energy work it is advisable to have water to hand and make sure you can grab a bite to eat soon after the session. This will help to ground you and assist with blood balance. Ideally you will also be able to claim some integration time ~ A walk in nature or simply standing barefoot on the earth, journalling/drawing your insights/reflections, or staying lay in your room feeling the support of your own environment for a few minutes. These are ways in which you can bridge from the session back to a more ordinary state of awareness BEFORE re-engaing with your work day or family life. I bring sessions to completion and do all in my professional capacity to ensure we end with you feeling grounded and safe. It is very rare, but if you are particularly sensitive, or if the session happens to shift a substantial block, there is potential to feel light headed, nauseous, and/or emotional following the session. If this should happen to you please do follow the advice in the paragraph above and any advice given as part of the completion in session, and commit to taking exceptionally good care of you. I offer one free of charge 20 minute Zoom aftercare call should you need to ask any questions related to the session you have received. If anything needs unpacking further you are welcome to book follow-up sessions in person (when current restriction have been lifted) or via Zoom. In going ahead and making the booking after reading all of the information available here on this website, you are acknowledging that you take responsibility for your own experience, safety and self-care before, during and after the session. |
Considerations & WaiverIf you are in relationship with any of the following, please consult your GP or healthcare provider before booking a session with me:
Epilepsy Heart conditions or arrhythmia High blood pressure or very low blood pressure with fainting history Delicate pregnancy Bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia or psychosis Pre-existing lung disease Recent major surgery You may still receive a session with me, but please be willing to speak with me about any medical conditions or states of being that you are encountering. That way I will be better placed to offer relevant advice on using a modified or alternative approach to any of the practices your session might include. In reading this waiver you agree to take personal responsibility for your process. As your facilitator, I cannot be held responsible for any mental, physical or emotional challenges which may unfold during or following this practice.
